Do you have an XCVR3 connected?
No. I don’t have the XCVR3 connected. I have seen on the forum that there’s a sensor receiver failure error (or something to that effect). Is that different than this error?
How did the ribbon get pulled out? There is a receiver and antenna terminal nearby the ribbon.
Not entirely sure. The ribbon is a bit long and I may have got caught on the cable bringing in power and 2 hard wired sensors and popped the little ribbon clip that locks it down.
When did this error start showing up?
I’m not entirely sure. At least in the past day or 2. I was getting a couple of different errors the past couple of days because our internet was being installed and was intermittent and the radio sled wasn’t activated yet. So I kind of ignored all of the errors for a period of time.

EDIT: these are the errors that I was getting over the weekend (the dates/times are all over the place b/c I hadn’t set the clock yet):
- Console: Broadband Network Failure
- Console: Cell Phone Communication Failure
- Console: Sensor Receiver Loss of Supervision
