Loss of ADC app after LTE module upgrade

I successfully installed the new LTE module. Did a cell test at the panel and test was successful.

Now I cannot access the panel from the ADC. I cannot get any commands to operate. I have closed and reopened the app. No luck.

Thoughts?

When swapping from one module to another, the cellular module number would need to be updated in your Alarm.com before communication via the new module can begin.

Records indicate that commands have been sent to swap the module on your account at this time and further instructions have been sent via email.

If the new module is installed, be sure to run a cell test at the panel in order to finalize the connection between your new module and service. You will want to wait about 20 minutes after running the cell test for all connection commands to complete.

Any change after running the cell test?
