Looking to Switch to suretyDIY

Hi I have a few pre sale questions.

  1. Is your pricing different for business vs. residential? I would like to add DIY monitoring for my business.

  2. Does the alarm.com app allow the ability to give users access to certain devices, but not others? I currently have a Vera system with 6 locks I use for access control. When I move to alarm.com I would like to add the skybell. I would like to give certain users the ability to answer the bell and unlock only the front door. I don’t want them to have access to unlock any of the other doors.

Thanks

No, all current pricing is available here. Each system location would need its own subscription on suretyDIY, but if you plan to add multiple locations, like home and business, you can link your Alarm.com accounts afterward with multi-system-access.

If you are referring to giving an individual Alarm.com App access, you can limit their access to certain device types, yes, using the custom permissions role, and you can select between read-only or full access to the individual features, but you cannot select individual locks and not others. You would set up Skybell access within that user’s App on their phone.

Giving people user codes for local access at the lock, yes you can send codes on a per lock basis. So user code 2 might have access to all locks, user code 3 might have access to only one lock.
