It looks like you are referencing using this with an Edge panel, is that correct?
Which repeater you would need depends on whether you are repeating any E-series encrypted sensors.
Repeaters will have roughly the same impact in terms of range.
The 2GIG RPTR1e-345 will repeat both E-Series and regular 345Mhz sensors. The 2GIG RPTR1-345 will only repeat regular unencrypted 345Mhz sensors.
