Are there 2 different logins?
1 to access the suretyDIY store and forums
1 to access the alarm.com webpage
Every time I reset password from one of them it hoses the other password.
Please Advise!!
Yes, the Alarm.com login is separate from your suretyDIY website login.
This login is for support and billing.
This login is for Alarm.com.
Changing one does not impact the other, (and cannot, Alarm.com logins and credentials are managed by Alarm.com)
