Login the same for alarm.com app as surety?

Is my login for the alarm app the same as my surety login? i purchased a membership about thirty minutes ago and when i go to login to the alarm.com app it just says Login failed? do i need to give it more time?

Your Alarm.com username and password are a different set of credentials than what is used to access Suretyhome.com, and are set up through activation.

It looks like you have completed your activation form, your Alarm.com username was submitted in that form. Login instructions are included in the Welcome email sent when the form is submitted.

Your panel must be communicating to be able to login to Alarm.com successfully. Follow the remaining activation steps in the system manager here to complete setup and login to Alarm.com.
