Logging In to my account

I’m having no luck… with login on my wife’s iphone.

I’ve entered her username and password and it doesn’t let us access.

Also I’ve been locked out of my phone app login for another log in.

If you are having issues logging into your Alarm account, please make use of the login assistance feature, giving you the ability to reset your passcode and retrieve username.

It is important to note that your billing profile login is separate and distinct from your Alarm login. You might not have used the same credentials for both, and resetting one does not reset the other.
