I have a quick question: If I set the panel to arm the system away when the door is locked, does it do that if you lock it with the keypad AND when locked manually from inside or
ONLY when you lock it from the outside with the keypad?
Also, if I were to lock the door with the phone app, would it also arm away? Basically, what I’m getting at is i just want the system to arm away when the keypad locks the door and not in any other circumstance.

If you set a rule - “If Lock is Locked Then Perform This Action: Arm Away” - then the panel will be armed away however you lock the deadbolt. Whether that is with the deadbolt knob/key, the keypad or the App.

There is no way to isolate the method of locking the deadbolt to Arm the panel.
