Locked out of account in new phone

I entered an incorrect password on a new mobile phone and when I corrected it, the account was locked due to too many attempts. How do I fix this?

Account lockouts are automatically unlocked after a period of time, or you can send us a message and we can unlock them.

However, as stated in the response to your private message, your account does not have any lockouts applied. This indicates the wrong username is being entered, one that is valid, but for another ADC user.
