Schlage lock is showing up on the panel but not on Alarm.com. We had this previously setup and it showed up fine. We had to reset it this weekend and now it’s not showing up in ADC.
If you add a Zwave device and notice it has not shown up in Alarm.com after a few hours, please email customerservice@suretyDIY.com and request and equipment update.
It looks like this account’s lock is showing up. Can you log out and back into Alarm.com to verify?
