i installed a yale living lock and it shows up paired to the 2gig panel and i can rename it and see if its unlocked or locked but alarm.com wont see it. i did a cell test a few times and still nothing.
I got it working.
It is fairly common for newly added Zwave devices to take a little while to update in Alarm.com. You will also likely need to log out and log back into your Alarm.com app/website in order to view the new devices.
Make sure to run a network rediscovery after adding new devices.
If you notice your equipment list is not updated on Alarm.com after a while, you can request a manual update by emailing customerservice@suretyDIY.com.
