Lock low battery warning won’t clear

Hello. I had a Kwikset lock with a low battery. I replaced the batteries and cleared the alert from the iq 4 panel over a week ago but the notification won’t clear from the ADC app or website. Is there a way I need to resync this battery status somehow with the ADC cloud?

The alert is: “ Device Low Battery (Garage-Laundry Door)”

This does happen occasionally, where the trouble condition clears from the panel, but doesn’t clear properly on Alarm.com’s side.

I’ve dismissed that trouble condition from your account, so it should no longer be showing on your end. It will automatically return if the panel sends another low battery signal for that lock.
