I just got my 2GIG system enrolled in the gold monitoring package. The enrollment went pretty smoothly. I do have a question on the live two-way through the panel. I triggered the alarm during setup, the monitoring guy was on the two-way very quickly, however he was so loud and distorted, I could barely understand him. I finally made out “password” and gave him my code and he disconnected. The built in voice and tones I have adjusted the volume on and they are fine. Is there an adjustment on the two way voice. Any other people run onto this? Thanks for the help, I’ll probably have more questions, Dave
Yes, others have disliked this about the 2GIG panel but unfortunately there is no way to adjust the 2-way voice volume. It’s fixed at the maximum volume so you can hear it when you’re further away from the panel.
