Long story short before I get into the weeds: I have three cameras (including one doorbell camera) that stream perfectly to the main IQ5 panel. Should I also be able to stream these to the remote panels? According to Google/AI, moving to the Access Point network provided by the main panel should have resolved the issue, but it doesn’t. The remote panels simply show a static image and no clock “ticks” per the time stamp. Again, the main panel gets live view with no issue. I believe the cameras feed the main panel, and the main panel is supposed to stream to the remote panels.

Cameras: Two cameras are the ADC-V730 and the doorbell is the ADC-VDB775.
System is a main IQ5 and two remote panels
Firmware is all 5.1.0
The video card is active on all panels. The panels have all been rebooted several times. The alarm.com “Stream Video to Panel” check boxes have been set, and cleared and re-set several times. Finally, the IQ5 “Stream Live Video Cameras to IQ Remote” has also been toggled several times; It is currently checked. I have also dropped the video resolution on the Live View for the cameras on Alarm.com.
You can view on a secondary keypad but only if that IQ Remote PowerG is paired to the main panel over Wi-Fi, not PowerG, for live video streaming.
If the keypad is paired over PowerG, live video to the secondary keypad will not work, even though video can still stream on the main panel.
Also, when streaming is started from the IQ Remote, it shows on that keypad and the main panel only, with no audio, and only one IQ Remote can stream at a time.
Is your IQR-PG enrolled over Wi-Fi or over PowerG?
I believe that the AP mode from the panel may be the issue. The keypad needs to be connected to the same network as the cameras. Connecting the secondary keypad to the main panel only transmits data that the panel processes.
Cameras connect to alarm.com servers and the IQ Panel 5 can see the cameras if on the same network but it will not transmit video to the secondary keypad.
Alarm.com recommended delete the keypad and learn it in via your home network Wi-Fi. Another option is PowerG but you will still need to connect the secondary keypad to your home network Wi-Fi but the alarm.com representative said this is not always successful.
The cameras communicate to the primary panel; then the primary feed the secondary panels. The purpose of using the primary AP is to separate the traffic from the rest of my wifi network.
The main panel does not feed the secondary keypad any video data per alarm.com. It only feeds it security data as sensors opening and closing, arming and disarming, etc.
It would need to be disconnected and connected either directly to your Wi-Fi or you can connect it with PowerG. Using PowerG, security data will transmit via PowerG and you can connect it to Wi-Fi for Video feed.
