Linking Nest to Alarm.com

Recently added a Nest thermostat to my home and wanted to add it to Alarm.com. I do believe I need to have the feature enabled on my account.

Yes, as long as you have Interactive Gold service it would be supported, however depending on the age of the account it may or may not be automatically enabled. If you do not see the option in Alarm.com under Settings - Devices then please contact customerservice@suretyDIY.com to get that enabled.

In this case I’ve had that change performed and it should now be visible on your account. You may need to log out and log back into Alarm.com to see the change.
