Hi, I have my Liftmaster 828LM connected to Alarm.com but now need to pair it to my LA400 gate control (it has MyQ). When I go to do that in the control panel I only get two options: “MyQ Wall Control” and “MyQ-Enabled garage door opener”. Can you please advise me on which selection to make? Thanks.
Happy to help! I have not personally added a gate controller but the device is essentially an overhead, so you should be able to add it by selecting Overhead Controller. In this instance I would try the Garage Door opener. Does this fix the issue?
