Hello,
I have a liftmaster garage opener setup with the gateway. It is all setup and working on my alarm.com app. I was closing my garage and my dogs tripped the safety sensor and am now getting an error that the device is disabled. Its telling me the only way to reset remote app control is by manually opening or closing the garage. The only problem is that I am currently out of town for 4 days and am unable to do that. Is there anyway to reset the device so i can close my garage while i am out of town?
