Curious, why is there $1/month extra add on fee to use Liftmaster/Chamberlain myQ but Aladdin garage door openers don’t have that and are included in the base monthly fee? Is there additional functionality/reporting or something the Liftmaster myQ does that Aladdin doesn’t?

It’s just based on charges through Alarm.com. We get charged more for Liftmaster, Liftmaster charges ADC for access presumably. It originally was free like Aladdin Connect but that changed a couple years ago.
Does integrating liftmasyer myq into Alarm.com still allow the amazon key and adding/removing guest codes?
Yes because the Amazon Key connects directly with the MyQ API. It doesn’t involve Alarm.com. It is effectively two parallel use cases of an access API and that is OK.
