I have the lift master garage option in my plan. However, when I go the app to added, lift master doesn’t show. I get 4 other brands like genie and overhead. But not lift master.
Hi Jose, to add any Liftmaster or Chamberlain opener to Alarm.com, you would have to complete the enrollment process through the Alarm.com website. Unfortunately at this time, enrollment is not available through the app for Liftmaster/Chamberlain MyQ openers.

Liftmaster used to be an option previously, correct?
Is there a plan to include it as an option in the future?
In order to incorporate myQ, you will need the Liftmaster/Chamberlain MyQ add-on ($1 /mo).
Changes to your service plan are made through the System Manager feature of your Surety account. This process can be done at anytime.
Once the add-on has been enabled, myQ integration can be found through the Alarm.com website via Settings > Manage Devices.
