Kwikset lock not getting secure connection

Hello my kwikset lock programs but I get a yellow error message in alarm.com app stating a secure connection was not established during enrollment, so I have removed and reinstalled several times but still get that message , can anyone help??

When you enroll the lock do you have it 6ft or less away from the control panel? The best way to do it is enroll the locks within a few feet of the control panel. Then when you’re done and everything is in it’s permanent location do a rediscover network so the panel will rediscover how to route messages to each lock.
