I just installed a Kwikset 916 lock and added it to my 2Gig GC3 panel. It works flawlessly. But… it never shows up on alarm.com.
I also have 4 Kwikset 910 deadbolts and they work fine in the panel and alarm.com.
Any idea why the 916 never shows up in alarm.com?

Sometimes a panel will not immediately update ADC with a new Z-wave device. It often helps to run a cell phone test from the panel to sync.
We’ve sent an equipment update request and see the additional lock. You may need to log out of Alarm.com and log back in to see this change.
Just as a heads up, I see there are five Z-wave devices listed, all locks. Unless they are all closely and evenly spaced to the controller, I would anticipate needing some repeating nodes in the future to improve the Z-wave network communication.
Locks are battery operated FLIRS devices which do not repeat signals. For general Z-wave tips see this page.
