Kwickset lock z wave from sky panel to go control

Ugh , I hope I’m not sol , but my front door Kwickset lock was set up to vivints sky panel z wave , my sky panel quit working , other reason I’m not using vivint no more but now , I’m now trying to. Add it to the go control panel but it’s already assigned to the sky panel controller , I can’t remove it from sky panel since it is damaged i.e. no response to touchscreen is there a way to reset it , so I can add it to suretydiy go control panel???

You’re probably OK. You can put the 2GIG panel in “remove device” mode and then go through the enrollment process on the Kwikset lock to remove the lock from it’s previous Z-Wave network. When the control panel is in “remove device” mode press the B button inside the lock. See attached. Hopefully then you will see a message on the 2GIG panel that says a device has been removed. Then you can add it to the new 2GIG panel as normal.
