Keypad tamper alarm when disarming

I have a Qolsys IQ Panel 4 and the IQ Remote PG. This morning, when I went to disarm the alarm from the Remote PG, as soon as I touched the screen to wake it up from screensaver, the alarm triggered. When I checked the logs I see:

7:54 am - Keypad tamper
7:54 am - Keypad tamper alarm
7:54 am - Keypad end of tamper
7:54 am - Alarm received by the monitoring station
Then the disarm entry when I put in the code.

The IQ Panel 4 is mounted to the wall by the garage door, so there’s no way it could have gotten bumped or dropped. The Remote panel is on a table by the front door, but nothing has happened to that one either. What would have caused that?

It looks like the tamper came from the secondary keypad. If you tap and wiggle the secondary keypad, does the tamper appear again?

Remove and reinstall the keypad and make sure it sits easily on the back base.
