Wasn’t quite sure when reading the product info on store and manuals: does the E-series key fob (E-Series 2GIG Encrypted 4-Button Key Ring Remote - 2GIG 2GIG-KEY2-345 - Surety) work with the IQ 4 hubs and panels? And if not; is there other options for similar key fobs with Surety system?
E-Series 2GIG sensors are only compatible with 2GIG Edge and E-Series panels.
They will not work with the 345Mhz versions of the IQ Panels.
Compatible keyfobs would depend on what sensor radio your panel has.
For example, if you are getting or already have the 345Mhz version of the IQ4 Hub then the non e-series 2GIG model is compatible:
