Is it possible to set access for a key fob on a schedule?

It is not possible to give arm/disarm access to a keyfob based on a schedule.

If you are looking to give scheduled access, that can be done pretty easily with user codes however.

One more question. Can I add a new user right from the website or does the new user need to be added at the panel first and the edited from the website?

You can edit users and send codes right from the website.
