Anyone have issues adding Jasco Z-wave Switches to GoControl 2 Panel?
In general, you shouldn’t, but I may be able to assist better with a description of the issue you are running into.
Where are you seeing a failure in the inclusion process?
It is always a good idea to clear the device first. If they were previously added to a network, even for testing by manufacturer, they must be cleared by using the Remove Device function first (this clears the parent network data stored in the switch itself.)
Remove Devices, then when the panel is listening for devices to clear, press the switch.
The panel will indicate a device was cleared.
Then you should be able to add.
