The Los Angeles, California area is experiencing severe wild fires. We are closely monitoring the situation and making the necessary adjustments to support customers in that area. Around 8:00pm PT last night, we started to notice a significant increase in traffic due to the fire. At that time we put the call out for additional staff and implemented our Storm Queue solution to help ensure other accounts not impacted by the fire are still handled in a timely manner.
Throughout the night and into today, we are still experiencing many dispatch centers that are significantly delayed or are unable to respond to alarms in the area near the fire.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates as needed.
