I am having issues where my sensors don’t register closed actions. Is there anyway to make the iq panel poll the sensors more often?
Wired or wireless sensors? What model sensors? The panel doesn’t poll wireless sensors.

One possibility is the reed switch in the sensor is sticking. I’m not sure what to do about that.
Another is maybe the battery is getting low. Is it by any chance reporting low battery?
Another is the sensor and magnet aren’t getting close enough or aren’t properly aligned when it closes. It might be worth looking to see how close the magnet gets to the notch on the sensor. Or taking them off the door to see if it works properly in your hands.
Please post a photo of one of the trouble sensors with the door in a closed position. We can help identify any issues.
