Issues with IQ panel 2 connecting with ADC site and mobile app

my panel was blank this morning, no cell connection, wifi says connected but cant download latest firmware (was on 2.5.5), updated firmware using SD card method 2.8.1, WIFI won’t turn on now and date/time is wrong (probably due to not connecting to ADC server): can disamr/arm locally on panel, but ADC and mobile app cannot do anything since this morning.
Please advise. Thank you.

Updated the firmware to 2.8.1, and it seems to be working now, except the date and time is wrong (1pm, Sep 18, 2020!). Cell connection test timed out, wifi says connected, but still wont update. Any advice?

It looks like your system is communicating again currently, but only via broadband. Cellular pings are still failing.

Can you try an extended power down? Settings > Advanced Settings > Power Down.

Leave it off for 10-20 minutes and then power back up.

After it boots up, wait a few minutes and run a cell test.

I powered down waited for 30 mins, booted up, waited for 5 min as performed cellular test, but timed out and based on the date/time it seems it is not connecting. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Sent commands to update time. Please allow about 5 minutes for commands to take effect.

Are you able to arm/disarm or otherwise control the system remotely from Alarm.com at this time?
