I just received a new iphone (replaced with the same model as I had before since I broke it). Did a restore, and everything works, but the push notifications.
In trying to fix, I also inadvertently deleted my push notification on the website under users.
You’ll want to first check that push notifications are enabled on the mobile device
To enable push notifications on your phone, log into the Alarm.com app and open the menu from the home screen (three horizontal lines in upper left corner) Select Notifications then toggle Push Notifications to ON
The push device now exists on the account but still needs to be added as a recipient for the desired notifications on the account. This can be done from the same area in the app (select Manage Notifications) or from the Notifications tab on the website.
Once done, you should test to ensure that it is functioning properly.
