hello, for some reason my system lost the setting.
remote is no longer recognise and need to reprogram the open and close position.
i tried to use user manual and i think i messed up everything.
need help to reconfigure it

Surety is a DIY Alarm.com service provider. Are you referring to controlling a garage via an Alarm.com account and a Z-wave garage controller or MyQ, etc?
