I keep seeing an alert on my alarm.com portal stating that our home energy monitor has low batteries. This message/alert will remain active, even after the batteries are replaced. Is there any chance that you guys could remotely correct the issue causing this incorrect error? If this is not possible, could we disable the alerts for this device, since it’s also using an AC outlet for power?
In this case, remote commands on our end cannot clear the low battery alert nor can the low battery alert be disabled.
Were the batteries fresh and within their use by date?
Which model energy repeater is this?
Low battery alerts were a known issue (when otherwise good batteries were installed) with older models although iirc this was fixed via firmware. This post here has more information on the issue.
