Issue adding GD00Z-4 to 2GIG GC3

I’m having issues adding the gd00z4 go control garage door opener and tilt sensor with my 2gig GC3 hub. The 2gig GC3 controller shows unknown device. I’ve literally done everything to add this garage door controller. I’ve researched 2gig GC3 compatible devices and it says that the linear gd00z is compatible with my GC3 hub. My hub has the 3.0 version firmware and I was wondering if there is any way possible to add the gd00z4 go control garage door opener to my existing 2 gig GC3 controller. Hopefully you will be able to help me.

On firmware 3.0 (launch firmware) the GD00Z will only show on the panel as an Unknown device, but will be controllable in Alarm.com still. A similar post is found here.

GD00Z official panel support came with firmware version 3.0.2. You can find links to firmware and descriptions here.
