I have a Qolsys IQ Panel 2, I am wondering if it worth upgrading to the Qolsys IQ Panel 4? I believe the main item I am missing out on is Power G. I would like to hear your opinions and thoughts.
Thanks.

If you are looking to use PowerG sensors or automation devices, it would be necessary to upgrade. PowerG offers some big benefits, you can read a description of PowerG and how it works here:
Are you having any pain points with your current panel? Sensor range issues? Are you planning to replace your sensors or use what is there?
If you are generally satisfied but want a newer panel the IQ Panel 4 would be a good choice, and you will get access to using PowerG devices, better sound, and support for new peripherals like the IQ Remote PowerG.
If PowerG isn’t necessary but you want a newer panel still or are having problems with the current one, the IQ4 Hub is also an option, it comes with one radio, so you could get the 319.5Mhz one to match what your panel already supports.
