Is a Honeywell 5808W3 Smoke Detector compatible with a QOLSYS Panel IQ4? If so, how do you add to the system?

Only if it’s the Honeywell-compatible version.

Based on the panel on file, you have the IQP4001 which works with 319.5MHz and PowerG, it would not work with the Honeywell 5808W3.
