I have just installed an IQPro and while my Partitions are named on the ADC website, on the DSC touch keypads, when I go to partition status to change partitions they are still called partition 1 and 2. How do I change this on the keypad?
So that I can double check any limitations, can you confirm the model number of the keypads you are using?
The keypads are DSC HS 2TCHP N
Qolsys indicates those should sync, but they would need the a firmware update for full compatibility. Can you confirm if that firmware was applied?

Yes that firmware has been updated. Please send the command. I also sent a private message with another request can you confirm if that message was recieved about some monitoring notes?
Yes, the private message was received and is being processed. The command to push those partition names has been sent. Allow about 10 minutes then check the local system. Any change?

After speaking to Qolsys, they said that for now, the DSC Neo Touchscreen keypads will only display Partition followed by the partition number. This may be something they add in future updates. I did put in a request for it.
