When i enter the patchtag iqpanel4.5.2 and choose upgrade over network it says “No updates available.”
Is this normal on some panels or is something strange happening here.

I’ve seen people report that happening when the panel couldn’t connect to the update server. Is there any chance your router or firewall is blocking it?
It’s also possible the update server is down for some reason.

It did the first update to 4.4.2 without issue about a month ago when it was installed at the residence. I tried updating it back then too and same issue. I’ve tried it tethered to the phone and directly connected to the wifi on the modem instead of on the unifi system. Still wont update.
Frustrated with it, makes me feel concerned the systems been compromised or something lol
If it makes you feel better I just tried to update a panel to 4.5.1 to 4.5.2 and when I entered the patch tag it started downloading a 4.4.0 release candidate version which I quickly canceled. 
We’ll reach out to Qolsys when they’re open on Monday and ask whether something is up with the update process. It could be a temporary issue.

It turns out I just got confused by the file name. (not the first time that’s happened) It was downloading 4.5.2 and I am able to update to that version.
Is it still saying no update available for you?

I’m glad that you pointed out their strange naming conventions!
I was trying to update to 4.6.2 and saw the 4.4.0 at the beginning of the filename and immediately cancelled it. After seeing this discussion, I realized that 4.6.2 was in the filename, just not at the beginning!
