Is there an update to my IQ Panel 2 to support 319.5 sensors? I only have 2 options when adding a D/W sensor which is RF395 and PowerG.

No I don’t think so. Definitely not a software update, it would require a new hardware radio. But I don’t think you can swap sensor radios on the IQ Panel 2.

The type of sensors supported is not governed by software alone, you need the physical radio to communicate with the sensors. Your system is a 345Mhz version of the IQ Panel 2. That supports 345Mhz sensors and PowerG sensors.
Is there a particular sensor you wanted in 319.5 which is not available in 345 or PowerG?
In general I recommend PowerG as the best option if making a decision between sensor types.
