I checked my firmware on my panel today, and it looks like it is still stuck on 2.5.4. I’ve tried to enter the patch codes for 2.5.5, 2.6.0, 2.6.2, all with no luck. For some reason it fails each upgrade. Any way to force the upgrade to a newer version from alarm.com side?
After about 5 or 6 tries with various combinations I was finally able to get this to work. It is now on 2.6.2. I believe the change that made it work was setting the logging level to “Verbose”. It was previously on “Debug”.
There was an issue in 2.5.0 where updating to 2.5.2 required changing the log level. Sounds like that may have still been an issue on yours. You should be good at 2.6.2 though.
