IQP4001 connectivity flexibility

I want to use Ethernet to my router to WAN to connect panel to monitoring and remote usability. I do not want to use WiFi for device connectivity. I want to connect to all devices via Z-wave.
Will the IQP4001 do this?

No. The IQ Panel 4 uses cellular for primary communication, with Wifi dual path.

Z-wave is used for automation devices like lights, thermostats, locks. It is not used for alarm sensors. Z-wave is a mesh network relying on AC powered repeating nodes for communication.

Battery operated Z-wave devices have poor range and reliability compared to the alarm sensors the panel uses.

The IQP4001 is compatible with PowerG sensors and 319.5 Mhz sensors.

To clarify, I want Z-wave for home automation etc and wired or secure wireless for smoke, fire and security.

Yep, the panel uses Z-wave for automation options. You can find a list of confirmed compatible devices here.

The ADC S3000 isn’t included for thermostats for supported devices. Why?

The ADC-T3000 is a supported device. Looks like Qolsys has a typo where they list it as the ADC-T300
