I would try a full power cycle. Shoot as a PM with an image of the panel screen if that does not resolve the issue.

Glad to report. Powering off (left powered and battery) and leaving it for about 30 minutes and then turning back on seems to have fixed it for now. I will post again if it starts dual imaging and or scrolling again. Thanks you!

Trying to plan on what I need to get to replace my GC3 primary and secondary panel. Seems that yā€™all are one of the few dealers not selling yet. Id like to purchase from Surety.

Iā€™m going to use my existing 345 sensors and over time swap everything out to the powerG

My main question is on the secondary panels. Is it the IQ5 or the IQ Remote? Iā€™ve seen that both work and what would recommended one verses another?

The IQ Panel 5 is the primary panel, not the secondary. You can use the IQ Remote PG or the IQ Keypad as the secondary with that panel.

I meant to say the iq5 hub. Some dealers are listing that as a secondary panel.

I havent seen anything official to that effect. Qolsys markets the IQ 5 Hub as a lower cost option to the flagship IQ Panel 5. Qolsys states the IQ Remote PG and IQ Keypad as the secondary panel options for the IQ Panel 5 series.

Booo, just weeks after ordering an IQ 4 panel :frowning:

Looking over comparisons though, it doesnā€™t seem like its a worthwhile upgrade going 4>5 from a pure functionality standpoint.

Just ordered my IQ5 setup.

Looks like Itā€™s trying to setup a new account for my service on the New panel and charged me for new service? How do I get that changed to an upgrade of my existing account since Iā€™m phasing out that panel? Iā€™m not wanting to pay double this month for service when Iā€™m just upgrading.

Currently all panel purchases include a complimentary month of service but are treated like a new account.

Welp, good new and bad news. They shipped me 2 IQ5 att panels. Donā€™t know whatā€™s going on but can someone look into this. Or will it not be till Monday now? Just donā€™t know whatā€™s was supposed to be delivered with each tracking. And donā€™t know whatā€™s panel is the one that will actually be tied to my account.
