The user management function on the IQ5 panel does not update correctly, and does not sync with the App or alarm.com web site - have others run into this problem
Are you creating new Users directly from the panel? Does anything get pushed to Alarm.com when doing so?
If adding users to the panel, it is typically recommended to do so via Alarm.com through the Users tab.

Johnson Controls says the User Update function on the IQ5 isn’t working properly - I make updates to the panel using either installer or master codes and they do not take correctly, and do not sync with the web site or iPhone app, so everything is out of alignment - wondering if others have had that issue
I dont believe we have seen this through testing, and I’m not showing anyone bring this up previously. I’m not showing an active service account through Surety so I am not able to confirm any settings, have you brought this up with your service provider?
Are you running into this error on launch firmware or have you updated to the latest 5.0.2?
Does this only occur when creating new Users from the IQ Panel 5? If you change existing codes or make other changes, do errors occur?
Have you done any specific troubleshooting at the panel to resolve this issue?
Thanks, Tyler. Melaleuca Home Security is aware and they told me the IQ5 manufacturer has acknowledged the problem. I am a Systems programmer for mainframes, so I am well aware of keeping systems current - Yes, I did an upgrade right away. It happens when updating codes for existing users, and btw, the Admin user disappeared yesterday all by itself. I am waiting on Melaleuca to tell me when a fix is available, in the mean time, figuring out codes, since they do not show, is tough
The Master User (default 1234) is not showing up in panel programming? This should be associated with the Alarm.com primary user and visible through the Users tab in Alarm.com.
If you use the Dealer Code (default 2222) or the Installer code (default 1111) to access User management, do you see that Master User?
Sorry, Tyler, but there is no Admin and 1234 does not work. we changed 1234 to a private code and it worked up until it disappeared - change was recommended by the servicing company, Melaleuca Home Security
on the panel we have 2 names with Master - one cannot be deleted, and one can - both are masters, and we also have 2 user codes. On the app and web, only 1 is a master, all 3 others are users - same 4 names on all devices
at least I have codes that work, until I get some resolution - I appreciate all your help - it appears I have a localized issue
