Iq4 + Sonos + Homeassistant troubles

Hello,

I finally was able to get the Iq Panel 4 working with HomeAssistant using the Control4 details that we all know about. The idea was to get the exterior motion sensors to announce through my Sonos speakers when they were tripped. Everything is looking perfect on the HA side, Sonos testing is great also.

The trouble is that now the sensors are not picking up any motion at all. The Iq4 shows the sensors as idle. Alarm.com does not show the sensors any longer so that’s a new developement. Could this be a cloud sync problem between the panel and Surety’s servers, not related to HA?

Any help would be great

I see 3 motion detectors programmed into the system, all set as non-response zone type (will not generate alarms).

These appear to be visible within your ADC account status card. Are you not seeing them in Alarm.com? Can you post a screenshot of Alarm.com where you are looking for these devices?

I see activation activity over the last 24 hours in Alarm.com.

Are there other motion detectors you have programmed into the panel? Can you confirm the names of the sensors you are working with so we can be sure we are looking at the same devices?
