Looking here, it appears that the panel is communicating with Alarm.com, acknowledging commands being sent, and sending signals when it has been armed or disarmed.
When did this issue start occurring?
Does this happen every time you try to arm the system, or is it happening intermittently?
Was there anything that had changed recently when it started?
If you haven’t already, I recommend performing a full power cycle on the system.
To do so:
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Dealer/Installer/Master User Code > Power Down to turn off the Qolsys panel.
- Unplug the power supply from the wall outlet
- Open the panel and disconnect the internal battery.
- Leave the panel powered down for at least 10 minutes.
- Plug the battery back in, close up the panel, and reconnect the power supply
- Press the button on the side of the panel for about 2 seconds to turn it back on.
- Once the panel has rebooted, wait about 5 minutes, then see if the issue persists.
If you swipe down from the top of the screen, tap Settings > Advanced Settings > About > Software, what is the software version that the system is showing? On our end, it shows the system on version 4.5.1. The latest firmware for the IQ Panel 4 is version 4.5.2.
You’ll need to enter the patch tag iqpanel4.5.2 to update to the latest firmware. Steps for updating to 4.5.2 can be found here:
