The iq4 has Bluetooth and face recognition disarming. Does this negate any type of duress disarming (e.g. you are held hostage and want to send a secret duress code)
If you can’t do it with Bluetooth or facial recognition, can you enter a duress code like 2Gig?

Bluetooth disarming bypasses Duress. The panel will simply disarm when the Bluetooth device is within proximity.
To clarify, Facial Recognition for unexpected activity alerts is a feature on the IQ Panel 4 with Alarm.com, but Facial Recognition Disarming is not available on the IQ Panel 4.

You can enter a code for Duress at the panel, it will disarm the system but be treated as a panic.

Duress code at the lock is not a supported feature.
