IQ2 Image sensor trouble

I used to be able to request a peek in from my old IQ panel to help aim the cameras, and they would upload and be pushed to my phone. The peek in function works from the website, but I would like to use the panel so I can adjust without having to travel all thru the house. I had to move them to get them to pair to the new IQ2 and would like to use the peek in from the panel. I think I am actually referring to Installer Test Images are not being taken from the panel. I also have the Same issues as Jamie in another thread with the Battery level showing 1.5V and No MAC address showing.
TIA

This is expected at the current firmware version. A firmware update is being released soon by Qolsys to address some Image Sensor concerns.

I think I am actually referring to Installer Test Images are not being taken from the panel.

We’ve been looking into this issue. ADC states they are able to do so on 2.0.6.

Have you logged into the website and approved the automatic uploads on the image sensor page?

Login to Alarm.com and click on the arrow on the Image Sensor card. Are you prompted to enabled automatic uploads?

Jason,
No I was not prompted this time or right after I switched panels.

At this time, would you be able to log out of alarm.com, then back in and click the arrow on the Image Sensor page. Are you prompted to enable the automatic uploads now?

Done and the Installer Images are a no-go.

How long did you wait between enabling the image uploads and trying the test images?

8-10 minutes. I just re-requested a installer peek in on all 4cameras before I left.

Did you see my requests from yesterday ?

No, there is no indication of those tests on the back-end. We’ve tested on the same panel and firmware to the same result. Remote peek in options work fine but the panel one does not. I am awaiting confirmation from Qolsys, but I believe this may not be functional currently.

Thanks Jason I’ll await your reply. There is a lot of issues with the image sensors on this panel.

Qolsys says that this is one of the items addressed in 2.1.0 firmware, should be available in the next few weeks.

@warren @jason All Good in the new update.
