IQ Remote Secondary Panel no longer stays connected

Is the remote connected to your home wifi or directly to the IQ panel access point?

The first general steps to take would be:

  1. Reboot your router/access point
  2. Reboot your panel and remote.

Does that fresh reboot resolve the issue?

If not, and you are using your local network, do you use the same SSID for both 2.4 and 5Ghz? This will commonly cause inconsistent connectivity.

You can instead use the access point mode on the IQ Panel 4 to connect the IQ Remote to that. Find on the panel under Settings > Advanced Settings > Installation > Devices > Wifi Devices > Access Point Settings.

It would also be recommended to update firmware:
