IQ Remote Nightime mode

Hello,

Have IQ Panel 2 plus and IQ Remote. Remote set for nighttime mode from 10pm to 6am.

I only want my display to turn off during this time and have only ‘display’ selected in nighttime mode settings (voices and chimes not selected). When I set alarm.com to sleep/stay mode on mobile after 10pm, my IQ Panel 2 Plus will announce ‘system armed stay’; however, my Remote is silent. I also have a gate with sensor set to only chime and do not believe this is audible on the Remote either after 10pm. Do I have something setup incorrectly?

Do you have the overall audio on the IQ Remote turned down? Just tap settings and look at the audio slider on the IQ Remote.

Audio volume was fine. It seems to be intermittent as it worked fine last night. I will post here if it happens again.
