We are using the IQ Remote Panel connected to a DC power panel. Is there a way to disable the AC Power Failure error for the Remote Panels?
Are the IQ Remotes unplugged from power?
Are you seeing this error on the panel itself, or in Alarm.com?
Is the included 12vDC Power Supply being used? Qolsys instructions to only use this method to power the panel. See page 12 for more information:
You may need to update the main panel firmware to 4.6.1 as a step to resolving the issue:
Tyler, the alarm is not on the IQ panel. It is just showing up in alarm.com
Sometimes this can occur if the power was restored, but the panel could not communicate it to Alarm.com at the time.
I’ve dismissed the power failure troubles in Alarm.com. You should no longer see it on your end. If another power failure occurs, the trouble condition will reappear.
