IQ Remote 1(2) - Failure

My control panel says to contact support because the IQ remote panel is not communicating. The remote panel is plugged in and just has a blank screen. It is on but there is nothing being displayed on it. Just a backlit black screen.

When did this behavior first begin?

Did you update firmware recently?

On the Remote, if you hold the side button for a few seconds does the screen display?

Started about a day or two ago

No update that I am aware of. Is there a way to check? I think the control panel is set to automatic updates.

Pressing and holding the side button makes an Android logo appear and then a battery symbol that is solid white. After that the battery logo disappears and the screen’s backlight turns off. Nothing on the display.

That is the standard display when first pressing the button, hold the button down for 5+ seconds through the Android logo. Does the IQ Remote boot up?

I looked at your history, it is unrelated to firmware updates, your system has had the latest version since 2/19

Yes, that worked. It booted and now says IQ Remote is back online. Thank you.
